PURPOSE:To easily execute data management by adding an imaging picture signal for a color printer and an imaging control signal. CONSTITUTION:Graphic picture information stored in a picture displaying frame memory 6 is inputted from the memory 6 by a picture signal processing circuit included in a display control part 7 and converted into serial signals R, G, B by a parallel/serial conversion circuit 32. A clock control part 34 generates a memory control signal to the memory 6, a dot clock signal for serial conversion to a P/S circuit 32 and a horizontal synchronizing signal (H-SYNC) and a vertical synchronizing signal (V-SYNC) for picture control. In addition, the clock control part 34 generates a picture element clock signal to synchronize picture element signals consisting of the signals R, G, B to a color imaging device 9.
