Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make it possible to improve the compression set of the obtained rubber-like copolymer, by copolymerizing a monomer having a specified crosslinking group with a nitrile rubber. CONSTITUTION:This rubber-like copolymer comprises 10-60wt% conjugated diene component units (A), 10-40wt% alpha,beta-unsaturated nitrile compound component units (B), 10-60wt% unsaturated carboxylic ester components (C) of the formula (wherein R is H or methyl and R is a 1-8C alkyl) and 0.1-20wt% dihydrodicyclopentenyl group-containing unsaturated carboxylic ester component units and has a number-average MW (Mn) (in terms of polystyrene) of 5-1,200,000. This rubber-like copolymer can be obtained by radical-polymerizing of said component units A-D in an aqueous medium.
