MANUFACTURE OF METALLIC BASE LAMINATED SHEET

PURPOSE:To obtain a metallic base laminated sheet on which a smear, microscopic crack and warp of the sheet are not generated at the time of boring of a resin layer, by a method wherein a laminated member obtained by arranging a metallic foil on both the top and bottom of a metallic plate through a resin layer is heated and pressurized by removing a mold release layer and the resin layer after filling of a through hole with resin by applying heating and pressurization to the resin layer arranged further on a cloth base mold release layer put upon one side of the metallic plate except for the through hole. CONSTITUTION:A cloth base release layer is put upon one side of a metallic plate having a through hole except for the through hole, and the whole is heated and pressurized by arranging a resin layer over the same further and after the through hole of the metallic plate has been filled with resin of the resin layer, the mold release layer and resin layer are removed. Then a laminated member obtained by arranging a metallic foil on the top or the bottom of the metallic plate having the hole filled with resin through the resin layer is heated and pressurized. With this construction, the resin which does not generate a smear and microscopic crack can be filled out. As the resin layer, a resin coated layers such as single, a modification and a mixture of phenolic resin, cresol resin, polyether ether ketone and fluorine resin, a resin film and resin impregenated base are used.
