Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent the vicinity of the foundation of a underwater structure from being scoured and to miniaturize the preventer for scouring by a method in which round pipes are provided near the foundation of the underwater structure and air is jetted from the nozzles of the round pipes. CONSTITUTION:Compressed air from a compressor 20 set to an underwater structure 1 is jetted to the bottom WX underwater through a connecting pipe 22, branched portions 22a-22f, a round pipe 21, and nozzles 23 to form upward stream (a) of air. The scouring of the foundation vicinity of the underwater structure 1 can thus be prevented, and the size of the scouring preventer can be made smaller.
