Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enhance the durability of an ultrasonic wave motor by so working the press-bonding surfaces of a rotor and a stator as to perpendicularly engage each other to reduce a press-bonding strength of the rotor and the stator, thereby decreasing the wear of the press-bonding surfaces. CONSTITUTION:The positive electrode faces of piezoelectric ceramic disks 1, 2 are opposed, a phosphorus bronze terminal plate 3 is interposed therebetween, a terminal plate 4 is similarly superposed thereon, and an aluminum cylinder 6 is superposed thereon. A cap bolt 8 set on an aluminum disklike washer 5 is passed through the central holes of them, the end is engaged with the threaded hole of the bottom of the disc of a threaded coupler 7 made of aluminum, and clamped to be integrated to form an ultrasonic elliptical vibrator. With the vibration as a stator a rotor 9 is press-bonded thereto by a bolt 12, a coil spring 14 and a thrust bearing 13. The press-bonding surfaces of the rotor 9 and the stator are formed in engaging surfaces 9' and 7'. |
