METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CORRECTING DYNAMIC BALANCE OF ROTOR

PURPOSE:To prevent a noise from generating by using a positive correction system for fixing putty at an unbalanced position to reduce a magnetic sound. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 2 calculates a putty exhaust amount and automatically position an unbalanced portion to be adhered with the putty by an unbalance positioning unit 3. Then, a control signal is input from the microcomputer 2 to a putty exhaust unit 4, main agent and hardener exhausted from putty tanks 10, 11 are mixed by a mixing machine 16, and the mixed putty is exhausted from a nozzle 18 to the unbalanced position of the winding of a motor rotor. After the putty is exhausted in predetermined amount, air is injected from an air tube of a putty cutting air unit 5 to cut the putty from the nozzle 18 and adhered to the winding. Then, the air cylinder of a putty retaining unit 6 is operated to press the putty retainer to the putty to fix the putty to the winding.
