Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To produce a tasty oil having high flavor and improved qualities almost free from deterioration of oil by a simple operation, by subjecting vegetable edible fats and oils and vegetables to heating extraction by a twin screw extruder. CONSTITUTION:Vegetable edible fats and oils such as soybean oil, colza oil, etc., and about 5-100wt% based on the fats and oils of vegetables such as carrot, celery, etc., are fed to a twin screw extruder, subjected to heating extraction treatment at 100-150 deg.C for 10-600sec, then preferably cooled and extruded to collect a liquid phase.
