Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To keep secrecy and to simplify transaction procedures with a simple method by storing previously personal identification ID information into an ID card and permitting cash transaction after confirming the correct information on both the ID card and a cash card which are already read. CONSTITUTION:Both a cash card and an ID 21 card are put into a card slit. Thus the information on the cash card and then the information on the card 21 are read under the control of a control part in an automatic teller machine. Coincidence is checked between both ID information of both cards. If no coincidence is obtained, both cards are rejected and the dissidence of these ID information is informed by means of guidance display, a speaker or a buzzer. While the presence or absence of questions is checked with the ID card in case the coincidence is obtained between both cards. Then the questions if confirmed are processed to check the coincidence with the answer of the user. If no coincidence is secured with the answer, both cards are rejected. While transaction requests given from the users are processed when the answers are coincident. Then the transaction is immediately carried out if no question is received.
