THERMOSTATIC DEVICE

PURPOSE:To rapidly heat a substance to be heated to predetermined temp., by vibrating a container equipped with a heating source and packed with a metal particulate by a vibration generating source and uniformly heating the metal particulate allowed to pack the container under stirring. CONSTITUTION:When a vibration generating source 41 is driven by a motor, a container 11 is vibrated and the metal powder A allowed to pack the container 11 is brought to a stirring and mixing state accompanying a certain kind of circular motion. When a heating medium is made to flow to a jacket 31 in this state, the metal powder A is heated rapidly and uniformly. Therefore, if an article to be heated is charged in the metal powder A, said article to be heated is rapidly heated to predetermined temp. The vibration of the container 11 is usually set to vibration frequency 1,200-1,750 times/min X total amplitude 1 - several mm and the packing amount of the metal powder A is pref. reduced as little as possible. The heating temp. of the metal powder A can be controlled by a known means.
