PURPOSE:To transmit by one circuit and sound recording by one VTR possible by time division multiplexing plural video signals at every frame, field or unit time. CONSTITUTION:A video multiplexing section 4 is provided with a synchronism generating circuit 41 that generates basic synchronizing signals for video, a synchronous distributing circuit 42, a video selecting circuit 43 that selects one video signal from n inputted video signal, a controlling signal adding circuit 44 that adds controlling signals of time information, external primary factor information, video selection information, etc. a data processing circuit 45 and an interruption detecting circuit that detects interruption signals from a sensor section 3. Thereby, information from plural television cameras can be recorded switching the information at every short time interval.
