Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent a diaphragm from cracking and to couple the diaphragm with a voice coil in an excellent state by melt-spraying ceramics to the voice coil and thus covering the entire surface of the voice coil with said ceramics. CONSTITUTION:The diaphragm 1, voice coil 2, and a jig 3 are rotated and alumina powder 5 is thermally sprayed by using a plasma meltspraying device 4 to to form a temporary fixing coupling layer 6 only at a necessary part by providing a shield plate 8. Thus, the temporary coupling layer 6 is formed and then its surface is coated or impregnated with an adhesive of resin consisting of a mixture of polyamide and epoxy and put in a furnace, where a setting process is carried out at 180 deg.C. Consequently, a diaphragm unit in which the diaphragm 1 and voice coil 2 are coupled tightly is obtained.
