WOUND CORE

PURPOSE:To contrive preventing the short-circuit between a winding and a magnetic core at an edge with a cover plate by providing the cover plate for winding to cover the magnetic core for wire winding which has the edge and at least the edge in the wire winding region of the magnetic core. CONSTITUTION:The contact conditions between the primary winding 4a and the secondary winding 4b in a wire winding region and a magnetic core 1 and cover plates 3a, 3b can be made smooth without a curve and even if the insulation coating of the primary winding 4a or the secondary winding 4b is damaged, the short-circuits of these both windings 4a, 4b can be prevented. The cover plates 3a, 3b provided on the upper and the lower surfaces of the magnetic core 1 make expansion to both upper and lower directions but only both the windings 4a, 4b expand in the outer circumferential side and in the inner circumferential side and the total shape can be miniaturized in comparison with a structure of using a conventional core case.
