HOUSING STRUCTURE FOR HAND-HELD TYPE INFORMATION PROCESSOR

PURPOSE:To prevent an unexpected injury by unfacilitating as much as possible the disassembly of a housing at the user side. CONSTITUTION:The case members that form an outer surface, i.e., a lower case 10, an upper case 20, a case cover 30 and a match plate 4 are connected intensively at hinge structure parts 5 and 5 to be formed into a monolithic structure. The internal circumferential surface of the cover 30 turns while a holder member 31 of the cover 30 produces the even contact friction with a ling-shaped friction member 6b and can stop at a prescribed opening angle. Thus a flat display 3 can be set an easy-to-see angle to an operator. Furthermore the frictional force of a fixed level is secured for a long period of time since the member 6b is inserted in a suppressed state. When a device thus assembled is disassembled, a hinge shaft 6 pressed into a main body must be pushed out to both sides and pulled out by means of a special tool.
