AIR CLEANING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To change airflow, discharged out of an air filter, into laminar flow and prevent the stagnation of dust in a clean room by a method wherein the flow path of the airflow, sent out of a fan, is lengthened and the airflow is introduced into the air filter by guiding it by an airflow guiding equipment. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a casing 1 is divided into two chambers of a fan chamber 11 at the inflow side of airflow and a filter chamber 12 at the discharging side of the airflow. The dynamic pressure of rotary airflow, sent out of the delivery port 21 of a fan 2, is not uniform since the speed of the airflow at the inner side of the fan chamber 11 is slow and the same at the outer side thereof is high. However, the dynamic pressure thereof is averaged during the airflow is circulated through about 1/4 circumference of the fan chamber 11 while the dynamic pressure is uniformized further during passing through a reticulated guide vane 51 positioned at the inside of the airflow guiding equipment 5. At the same time, the flow of air is regulated and is guided by an outside guide vane 52 to introduce it into the filter chamber 12. The introduced airflow is cleaned by passing through an air filter 3 and becomes laminar flow, thereafter, is discharged to the outside of the casing 1.
