Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To form a laminated form having no remaining buffle and high quality and prevent breakage of packing film by providing an air permeable cushion member between the packing film and a multi-layer forming material. CONSTITUTION:A plural stage of multi-layer forming materials 14 is provided on the upper surface of a dispersion plate 13 and the circumference of the multi-layer forming materials 14 is covered by the cushion member 16 while the circumference thereof is enclosed further by the packing film 18. The cushion member 16 is made by an air permeable material, such as the nonwoven cloth of about 8mm thickness of nylon g66, resin fluoride, polyester or the like, and the film 18 is bonded to a platen 12 with adhesive agent. By this method, the section, enclosed by the film 18, becomes air-tight condition.
