CONTROLLING DEVICE FOR VARIABLE-SPEED GENERATING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To ensure stable control and the stabilization of system frequency by vector-synthesizing an effective-current component value and a reactive-power component value and acquiring a secondary exciting current command and controlling power by the command. CONSTITUTION:An effective current component is obtained from a deviation between an effective power value on the primary side of a main transformer 4 and an effective-power command value by an effective component computing element 7, and a reactive current component is acquired from a deviation between a reactive power value on the primary side of the main transformer 1 and reactive-power command value by a reactive component computing element 8. Current controllers 12-1-12-3 synthesize the effective current component and the reactive current component obtained, and output an exciting current command transmitted over a secondary winding for a wound-rotor type induction generator 1 to cycloconverters 3-1-3-3.
