Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To improve the liquefaction efficiency and to attain a stable continuous operation, by measuring a pressure difference between the upper and lower portions of a coal liquefaction reactor to estimate the amount of solid matter accumulated in the reactor and withdrawing the solid matter according to the estimated amount. CONSTITUTION:The pressure difference between the upper and lower portions of a coal liquefaction reactor 1 is measured with a differential pressure gauge 4. The amount of solid matter accumulated in the reactor 1 is estimated based on the measured difference. The solid matter is withdrawn into a solid matter withdrawing column 2 according to the estimated amount. A part or the whole of the solid matter is transferred through a slurry tank 8 to a coal slurry feed line for use through circulation, or fed to a solid-liq. separator 9, where it is treated as liquefaction residue. |
