Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a stable output current against a wide range of input voltage by cancelling an offset voltage caused at a voltage-current conversion circuit side. CONSTITUTION:A voltage input terminal 5, a current output terminal 7, a transistor (TR) 8 provided to the voltage-current conversion side circuit, a control terminal 9 turning on/off the TR 8, an operational amplifier 10, a TR 11 provided to the voltage input side circuit and resistors R1-R5 are provided. An offset voltage VCE2 the same as an offset voltage VCE1 produced in the TR 8 is fed from the TR 11 to offset the offset voltage by selecting the relation of R2=R4 and of R1:R3=1:2.
