Zusammenfassung:	NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (R is alkyl, aralkyl or phenyl). EXAMPLE:2,4,5-Tris(4-methoxycarbonylphenoxy)-1,3,5-triazine. USE:With germicidal action and particularly useful as an industrial germicide and further as an intermediate for synthetic resins, dyes, antioxidants, etc. PREPARATION:For example, cyanuric chloride is reacted with a p- hydroxybenzoic acid ester compound expressed by formula II in the presence of a deacidifying agent, e.g. dimethylaniline or sodium carbonate, without or in an inert solvent to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula I.
