Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To perform anticreep control in an idle running state so properly, by installing two idle detecting device separately and, when a fact that an engine is in the running is detected by at least one side of these detecting devices, performing the anticreep control. CONSTITUTION:An engine speed sensor 65 and a throttle opening sensor 62 as an idle detecting device are installed separately. When a fact that an engine is in idle running is detected by at least one side of these two idle detecting devices 65 and 62, anticreep control is carried out by current-energization to a solenoid 37 if anticreep control conditions are materialized. With this constitution, even if either of these idle detecting devices 62 and 65 gets out of order, the anticreep control at the time of idle running is properly performable.
