ACTION CONTROLLER OF INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To prevent an accident based on misconception on remaining of a molded article in a split mold, by providing an abnormality decision device enabling shifting to a mold clamping and injection actions only when a fall signal of the molded article is received during a predetermined period of time after a mold breaking signal. CONSTITUTION:When a fall detecting signal (e) from a fall detecting device 6 of a molded article is not received prior to receipt of a time-lapsing signal through a timer 4, an abnormality signal is put out through an abnormality decision device 7. A mold clamping signal generating device 8 and injection signal generating device 9 are prohibited from generating a mold clamping signal and injection signal even if the time-lapsing signal (f) through the timer 4 is received by them and do not shift to a mold clamping and injection actions. Then an alarm 11 either buzzes or indicates an alarm by the abnormality signals. As a detecting action of existence of the molded article of a fall detecting device 6 of the molded article is begun after appearance of the molded article within a mold by shifting a divided part of a split mold after break of the mold, misconception on fall detection is eliminated and an accident shifting to the next mold clamping action while the molded article remains within the mold as it is can be prevented.
