Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To form a metallic layer having a uniform thickness on the inside surface of a metallic pipe by supplying powder metal to the inside surface of the metallic pipe under a specified quantity of the centrifugal force exerted thereto, preheating the pipe from the outside and subjecting the pipe to high frequency induction heating from the inside surface when a sintering state is attained thereby melting and sticking the powder metal to the inside surface of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:The steel pipe 1 is supported by a supporting member 6 and a powder metal supply pipe 2 is inserted into the steel pipe 1. The steel pipe 1 is driven to rotate by a rotating device 5 to exert >=3G centrifugal force to the inside surface thereof. The powder metal 3 is supplied to the inside surface of the steel pipe 1 from the supply pipe 2 in this state and the powder metal layer 4 is formed by the centrifugal force on the inside surface of the steel pipe 1. The steel pipe 1 is then preheated from the outside surface thereof by a preheater 7 at the temp. which is lower than the m.p. of the powder metal layer 4 on the inside surface of the steel pipe 1 and which does not affect the quality of the base material to put the powder metal 4 in the sintered state and to generate conductivity. The steel pipe 1 is further heated by a high-frequency induction heater 8 from the inside surface thereof to the temp. higher by about 50-100 deg.C than the m.p. of the powder metal 3, by which the metallic layer 10 having the uniform thickness is formed on the inside surface of the steel pipe 1.
