Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To execute the power source turning-on action only with the incoming call from a special power source turning-on instructing side system by using the fact that call user data in a CR packet is transmitted even to a CN packet as it is and meaning that the code of one byte is the instruction of the power source turning-on operation. CONSTITUTION:When an executing side system 3 is a power source turning-off condition, an instruction side system 1 transmits the outgoing call request packet (CR packet) of a format, and when the executing side system 3 receives the incoming call packet (CN packet) of the format, for the executing side system 3, the instruction of the power source turning-on operation is executed by the instructing side system 1. In the format of the CR packet/CN packet, call user data are one byte, and have the value specified for each system, for example, the value of X'88'. The value means a power source turning-on instruction, the executing side system 3 does not execute anything even when the system receives the CN packet having the call user data except this value and executes no response. The executing side system 3 comes to be the condition during the power source turning-on action when the power source turning-on operation is instructed.
