Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To maintain the matching properties between a dictionary and a directory by holding the history of the information on definition obtained in an operation mode to both the dictionary and the directory and using this history to operate the related information on definition. CONSTITUTION:When operations are given to both a dictionary and a directory, the history of information on definition is held by a dictionary file store memory 3 and a directory file store memory 4 respectively. Then said history is used to discriminate the related information on definition and also to give a collective operation to the related information on definition with relation against an operating instruction for the deletion of the information on definition, etc. Thus it is possible to avoid a missoperation that affects the matching properties of information on definition between the dictionary and the directory. This maintains the matching properties between the dictionary and the directory.
