Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce oil loss flow outside a ship and prevent ocean contamination, in the event of accident by providing static pressure pockets arranged front and rear side bearings, respectively, and also a high pressure seawater pump feeding seawater to said pockets. CONSTITUTION:A static pressure pocket 16 is provided on a rear side bearing 2, while a static pocket 17 is provided on a front side bearing 3. A high pressure seawater pump 20 is provided as a high pressure seawater supply means to serve to feed seawater to said pockets 16, 17. With this arrangement, lubricating oil loss can be prevented, and thus ocean contamination can be prevented, even if an accident should occur.
