FLAT TYPE MOTOR

PURPOSE:To reduce number of components of the titled flat motor and to decrease the assembling man-hour by constituting a rib of a rotor case to which a center core is abutted incorporatedly. CONSTITUTION:The rotor case 1 consists of a yoke 2 and a synthetic resin part 3 molded to the yoke. The synthetic resin part 3 is provided with an annular rib 4 to which a center core C is abutted and a step positioning a press-fit bearing 25A and an upper end face 4a of the rib 4 is used as a reference face. Then a chucking magnet 24 is fixed to the inner side of the upper rib 4 of the rotor case 1 by an adhesive so that the upper face is placed to the lower side having a gap from the upper end face 4a, a part of a bearing 25B is subject to press-fit to the inner side of the lowermost part of the synthetic resin part 3 and a gear to obtain a torque externally is provided to the peripheral part. Through the constitution above, number of components and the assembling man-hour are reduced to decrease the cost.
