Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To facilitate automation without requiring the management of component parts, by changing a length of material cut off, to form the material of desired weight, and by applying desired weight to a rotation according to an unbalanced degree. CONSTITUTION:By an imbalance measuring device 1, a measured body, a rotator 5 is rotated, and the unbalanced degree and the position (angle) are measured. By an imbalance-adjusting weight manufacturing machine 2, the signal of the measuring device 1 is directed to a signal-processing section 3 for input-processing, and signal is fed to the weight manufacturing machine 2 and a robot 4. By the robot 4, a weight manufactured by the weight manufacturing machine 2 is fitted on the rotator 5. Two rollers 7 of the weight manufacturing machine 2 are arranged so that the material 6b of a hoop member may be put between the rollers 7, and by a winding jig 8, the material 6b fed by the rollers 7 is spirally winding-molded. By a cutter 9, a winding- molded section is separated from the material 6b to be cut off, and by a band 10, the separated weight 6a is retained. By an adjusting mechanism 11, the hand 10 is adjusted to keep a distance L in proportion to the desired weight of the weight 6a. By a chute 12, the weight 6a is fed to a specified position, and imbalance is corrected.
