Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To inexpensively form a cylinder with high size accuracy in a short time by dividing a fixed cylinder into a base and a read and constituting the read by plural reeds so as to facilitate the removal of a metallic die. CONSTITUTION:A fixed cylinder 3 is made of a wear resistance synthetic resin and divided into the base 30 and the lead 9. The lead 9 is formed by a fine ceramics and divided into lead chips 9a-9c. The lead chips 9a-9c are fitted to positioning recesses 10a-10c, screws 13a-13c are screwed to holes 12a-12c for fixation. Thus, the removal from the metallic die is facilitated in processing and forming the fixed cylinder base 30 and the fixed cylinder with high size accuracy is formed inexpensively in a short time.
