Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To restrain evaporation loss of Ca-treating agent by isolating a tundish, which is formed as air-tight construction and also connected with a ladle by a pouring tube between them, from the atmosphere and supplying pressurized non-active gas into the tundish and the pouring tube. CONSTITUTION:Molten steel in the ladle 1 is poured into the tundish 2 after adding Ca-treating agent. In this process, the molten steel flow is isolated from the atmosphere by the pouring tube 6 and held to non-oxidizing atmosphere in the pouring tube 6 through a branch tube 8 by inert gas pressurized by a compressor 4 to restrain evaporation loss of the Ca-treating agent. Further, the molten steel in the tundish 2 formed as air-tight is isolated from the atmosphere by supplying the inert gas pressurized by the compressor 4 in the tundish 2 through the branching tube 8 to hold under non-oxidizing atmosphere. Also, hereupon the evaporation loss of the Ca-treating agent is restrained and cleanliness of the molten steel is completed. The clean molten steel is poured into a mold 3 by a submerged nozzle 7 under isolating condition from the atmosphere. |
