Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain an aq. solvent for an agglutination reaction test which permits the stable agglutination test with a strong agglutination reaction by adding an antibody for a material to be detected to the aq. solvent for the agglutination reaction test. CONSTITUTION:The polyclonal antibody or monoclonal antibody for the material to be detected is added to the aq. solvent used in the agglutination reaction test in which pulverized water insoluble particles are used as a carrier at 1:0.25-1:1 end concn. in the solvent when measured by a PHA method or the amt. corresponding to 0.25-1ng/nl as the amt. of the specific antibody. The aq. solvent for the agglutination reaction test which permits the stable agglutination test with the strong agglutination reaction is obtd. by adding the antibody for the material to be detected to the aq. solvent in the above-mentioned manner.
