Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To stabilize the titled solution useful for optical resolution of amino acid, etc. more convenient than powder with respect to production process and uses and to preserve it for a long period, by adding a small amount of borax and a zinc salt to an aminoacylase solution. CONSTITUTION:An aminoacylase solution (water, etc., is used as a solvent and the concentration is preferably 1,000-15,000u/ml) is blended with 0.25-10% (w/v) (preferably 3-5%) borax and 0.05-2.0mM (preferably 0.05-1mM) zinc salt (e.g., zinc chloride, etc.,) and stabilized.
