IMAGE FORMING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To obtain an image forming device which can bind a form by adhering end parts of the form where an image is formed with image formation surfaces set inward. CONSTITUTION:A form which is conveyed through the rotation of a paper feed roller 18 from a paper feed cassette 17 to a form conveyance timing control roller 19 is conveyed toward a photosensitive body 7 at prescriber timing, a toner image which is already formed on the surface of the photosensitive body is transferred by a transfer charger 13, and the form is separated by a separation charger 14 and conveyed by a conveying means toward a fixing device 20. The fixing device 20 consists of two heat rollers and the paper passes between those rollers to fix the toner image transferred to the form. The form after the fixation is guided to a form binding device 3 and folded with its image formation surface set inward, and toner formed at the form end part is heated and pressed to adhere the form end parts. This bound form is discharged to a paper discharge tray 40.
