Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent breakages caused by relative slips between blades and shroud rings, by forming shroud rings of turbine moving blades with clad steel members in such an arrangement that the inner periphery surface side thereof coming into contact with the tip portion of blades is made of clad member with different characteristics from those of said member used for outer periphery surface side. CONSTITUTION:Turbine moving blades used for a steam turbine are composed of moving blade groups formed by connecting together several pieces of turbine blades 23 through engaging tennon holes 29 of shroud rings 28 with tennon 27 mounted at the top portion of respective turbine blade 23 arranged at outer periphery of a rotor disc 21. In this case, the shroud ring 28 is formed in a clad steel sheet of two layers construction by bonding a hardened member 35 to the inner periphery side, making sliding contact with the tip portion of turbine blades 23 of plate form basic materials 34 formed by raw materials such as 12 Cr steel, etc. Hard stainless steel or cemented carbide, etc. having excellent abrasion resistance, higher resistance to oxidation and higher corrosion resistance at high temperature is used for the hardened material 35. |
