Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the increase of the load from a belt-like semi-finished product in guide bodies and to prevent the damage of a pelletizer by releasing the locking action of a locking means by the detection signal of a detecting means. CONSTITUTION:A limit switch 37 is attached to a cylindrical body 31. The switch 37 is normally off but when the belt-like semi-finished product C pushes an actuating shaft 32 to the prescribed extent or above by overcoming the energizing force of a spring 35, the switch 37 turns on. The signal indicating the generation of the clogging by the product C is outputted to each cylinder via an electrical circuit when both the switches 37 in the means 14 turn on. An recessed member for engagement is thereby retreated to release the locking between the guide plates.
