Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a detecting means which can detect only the oscillations by vortexes in a region of low flow velocity as well by spacing an introducing part for pressure fluctuations and a displacement detecting means by means of a plate-like member. CONSTITUTION:A pair of vortex generators 2 for generating K arm an vortexes and a vortex detecting part 3 are provided in a pipeline 7. The bodies are constituted of upper stream columnar bodies 4 of an isosceles trangle shape and down stream columnar bodies 5 of an isosceles trapezoidal shape. The two bodies 4, 5 are inserted at specified intervals 6 perpendicularly in the flow. Slits 7a, 7b are provided on both side surfaces near the end part in the axial direction of the bodies 5 to conduct the pressure change in the generated vortexes.
