PURPOSE:To enable manufacture of the titled product having a wide thickness free of wrinkles in a circumferential direction and of cracks, by a method wherein, in a filament winding method, a resin component contained in fibers is defined as a given vol%, and a compression is performed by a devised winding method. CONSTITUTION:A component of resin contained in fibers wound around the surface of a mold 4 is defined as 25-80vol%. A side plate (flange), whose radius X is larger than a distance Y between the side surfaces, is mounted at a side surface of a mold, and a structure thereof is such that a stress, which is applied on a ground when winding is performed, is supported at the side plate. After fibers are wound, they are compression-formed in the direction of the side plate in the condition as it is without removal of the side plate, or is molded, with the side plate removed, by the use of a compression-mold in a desired shape consisting of an upper mold 5, a lower mold 6, a centering rod 7, a spacer 8 and the like to obtain a product.
