Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which is of one-pack type and widely applicable and has excellent adhesion to plastic films such as PP, polyester and nylon films, by using a specified polyurethane resin as a main binder. CONSTITUTION:A high-molecular polyol (a) such as a polyether polyol, e.g., (co)polymer of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, etc., composed of at least 50wt% poly(1,2-propylene adipate)glycol having an MW of 500-3,000 is reacted with an excess of a diisocyanate compd. (h) (e.g., isophorone diisocyanate). The reaction product is then reacted with a chain extender (c) (e.g., isophrone diamine) and optionally a shortstopper (d) (e.g., di-n-butylamine) to obtain a polyurethane resin (A) having an MW of 5,000-100,000 and an amine value of 0.2-20/g. A isoln. of 15-60% ocmponent A is bleded with a colorant, a solvent (B) and optionally, additives (C) such as a flow modifier, etc. The mixture is kneaded.
