Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To remove water content out of emulsified oil-water mixed waste liquid efficiently by utilizing absorption sheet consisting of inner absorption layer formed of absorption resin and bag-shaped outer layer made of porous materials, transmitting water and non-transmitting absorption gel. CONSTITUTION:To remove water content out of emulsified oil-water mixed waste liquid, the absorption sheet consisting of inner absorption layer formed of absorption resin and its support members and the bag-shaped outer layer made of porous materials, transmitting water and non-transmitting absorption gel, is used. The remaining oil is reused after said process, and the absorption sheet is also reused repeatedly after being dried up. Hydrophilic salt of cross- linking starch-polyacrylic acid graft and the like are used as the absorption resin and clothes such as felt are used as the support members of absorption resin.
