Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:The titled coating compound having improved adhesivity to a material to be coated, capable of being baked at low temperature, obtained by blending H3PO4 with CrO3, Al, an alkaline earth metallic oxide, SiO2, B2O3, an alkali metallic oxide and water in a fixed ratio. CONSTITUTION:(A) 5-30wt% H3PO4 is blended with (B) 1-10wt% CrO3, (C) 30-60wt% Al, (D) 1-5wt% alkaline earth metallic oxide (e.g., MgO, etc.,), (E) 0.1-3wt% SiO2, (F) 0.05-1wt% B2O3, (G) 0.05-1wt% alkali metallic oxide (e.g., Na2O, etc.,) and (H) the rest of water, to give the aimed coating compound.
