Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of scouring by setting wire layers on the sides of the bases of objects set in water. CONSTITUTION:A layer 13 consisting of many synthetic resin wires is set in parallel with the borrom B under water in contact with the sides of the bases of an object A set on the bottom under water, and the layer 13 is surrounded by a rocking-control frame 15 by excluding its tip portion. Even when swirl flows occur by tidal current and waves on the bottom B under water in the base of the object A, since the flow of swirls is rectified and damped, the scouring can be effectively prevented.
