Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To control the height of waves by setting plural specific artificial rocks at a specific interval on the seabed. CONSTITUTION:Plural artificial rocks 3 having a convex outer surface are set on the seabed, where the maximum diameter D of the rock 3 is regulated to 0.5-4 times the length of waves in the sea area where the rocks 3 are set, and also the interval (d) between the rocks 3 is set up to 0.5-1.5 times the maximum diameter D. A wave height-amplifying sea area A and a wave height- damping sea area B, which meet the purposes of uses, can thus be concurrently formed, permitting the effective utilization of the sea areas.
