Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To improve the operation result of a shaft furnace by enabling the briquetting of an iron ore, by mixing a raw pellet with a briquette in an amount of 40-60% of a total stock material charged in a rotary kiln to perform the baking of the briquette. CONSTITUTION:A proper amount of water and a binder are added to a ground iron ore stock material to be mixed and kneaded therewith and the resulting mixture is treated with a pelletizer to prepare a raw pellet. Separately, water and a binder are added to a ground iron ore under mixing and the resulting mixture is molded by a press molding machine such as a double roll to prepare a raw brigette. The raw pellet and the raw briquette are mixed so that the ratio of both of them is set to 40-60% and the resulting mixture is preheated to 900-1,000 deg.C in a rotary kiln. Subsequently, the preheated mixture is baked at 1,220-1,300 deg.C in the rotary kiln and cooled to be used in a shaft furnace as a product. |
