COMPRESSIVE ROLL TYPE PELLETIZER FOR PARTICULATE MATTER

PURPOSE:To form briquettes into independent lumps having high strength and to decrease the sepn. are breakage as well as the oxidation of coarsely fractured surface by forming a titled machine in such a manner that the peripheral end of the other molding surface fits into the peripheral end of one hollow molding surface of a pair of briquette molding rolls which rotate reverse from each other. CONSTITUTION:The machine is so formed that the peripheral end 8a of the molding surface 8 of the other molding roll 2 fits into the peripheral end 7a of the hollow molding surface 7 of the briquette molding rolls which rotate reverse R from each other. The briquettes B compressed by both molding surface 7, 8 of the dropping particulate matter M are compressed in the individually separated state by being enclosed by the surfaces 7, 8 and therefore the independent lumps of the briquettes B are surely obtd. There is not breakage occurring in parting of the briquette B junctures and there is not inconvenience to deteriorate the strength. Since there are no parting surfaces which are the rough surfaces, the surfaces are molded to a high density and the oxidation from the surfaces is prevented.
