Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide satisfactory resistance to stress corrosion cracking to an Fe alloy contg. specified amounts of Ni and Co by specifying the thickness of an oxide film on the surface of the Fe alloy. CONSTITUTION:The composition of an Fe alloy is composed of 25-34wt% Ni, 14-20wt% Co and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. An oxide film of 40-300Angstrom thickness is formed on the surface of the Fe alloy by controlling operation conditions during bright annealing.
