CONSTITUTION:The composition of an Fe alloy is composed of 25-34wt% Ni, 14-20wt% Co and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. An oxide film of 40-300Angstrom thickness is formed on the surface of the Fe alloy by controlling operation conditions during bright annealing.
