Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and to simplify an action by connecting a fast feeding and rewinding action member to a play action member through a spring and locking the fast feeding and rewinding action member by a plunger. CONSTITUTION:The fast feeding and rewinding action member is connected to the play action member through the spring 11, and locked by the plunger 16. Through the selection of the conduction or nonconduction of the plunger 16, the fast feeding and rewinding action member is locked. At that time a play action is selected, while a fast feeding and rewinding action can be selected at the time of unlocking the fast feeding and rewinding action member. Accordingly one plunger can select the play and the fast feeding and rewinding. Thus the number of parts can be reduced so as to simplify said actions, and the device can be miniaturized.
