Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To decrease stagnation of food material in treatment, to improve cooling efficiency and to obtain a formed food having uniformized characteristics, by forming a food material in the form of a pipe, cooling the pipe, incising at least a part of the pipe and flattening the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A food material is heated and kneaded by an extruder composed of a screw 21, a cylinder 20, etc., transferred through a breaker plate 23 to a forming die 24 and formed. The forming die 24 is composed of a pipe-forming die 25, a pipe-cooling die 26 and a separator 39. The dies 25, 26 have circular cross-sections and the food material is formed and cooled in the form of a pipe by this process. The pipe is cut open with the separator 39, expanded in the form of a plate with a guide 52 placed downstream of the separator 39 and flattened with rollers 52-54. |
