Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To reduce a mis-firing rate for an engine by providing an ignition control means for igniting an ignition plug in a plurality of times at a predetermined interval within a predetermined time from the latter half of a combustion stroke to the succeeding combustion stroke. CONSTITUTION:When an optimum timing signal S10 for each cylinder has been outputted from an ignition device 10 for receiving signals from a reference signal generator 12, a load sensor 14, an engine speed sensor 16, a water temperature sensor 18 and other sensors 20, a power transistor Tr24 is turned 'OFF' via an OR gate 22 and an ignition plug 4 is ignited. In this case, a pulse signal S26 generated on predetermined timing from a delay time setting circuit 26 due to said signal S10 is inputted into a dwell signal generating circuit 28 and the transistor Tr24 is turned 'OFF' in a predetermined time delay via a gate circuit 30 and the OR gate 22. At this stage, the ignition plug 4 is again ignited. According to the aforesaid constitution, the mis-firing rate of an engine can be reduced, thereby improving the performance thereof. |
