SLIT ROLLING GUIDE DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent the seizure of a guide, etc. by arranging a pair of the upper and lower inductive rollers at the outlet port side of a friction guide and moreover by making the rotary shaft center of each inductive roller parallel to the straight line which connects the centroid of the bar to be introduced. CONSTITUTION:The friction guide 4 equipped with a twisting hole part at the inner part in the outlet port side position of a slit roll 8 is arranged and inductive rollers 6-1, 6-2 are respectively arranged at the outlet port side of the guide 4 as well. In this case, the rotary shaft centers of the roller 6-1, 6-2 are arranged in parallel to the straight line X-X which connects the centroid of the bar A, A' to be introduced. With this mechanism, the generation of a slippage and bend between the bar and each roller can be prevented by making the pinch radius of each roller to be same. Consequently the stiffness can be improved with the center support of the rollers 6-1, 6-2 as well as the seize prevention between the bar and guide 4.
