PREPARATION:A microorganism, belonging to the genus Fusarium and capable of producing a fusarbin derivative, preferably Fusarium solani T-127 is cultivated under aerobic condition, e.g. at 5.5-6.5pH and 25-27 deg.C cultivation temperature for 5-7 days for a shaking or spinner culture method with aeration of a liquid and centrifugal separation is carried out, etc., to afford the aimed substance.
