ELECTRONIC REGISTER

PURPOSE:To facilitate the change in reduction rate by providing a reduction rate change control means for making the change input of the reduction rate effective for the condition of data confirmation applying a different reduction rate by the operation of a reduction rate change means and an output of a transaction designation medium kind. CONSTITUTION:A reduction table 8 adding data representing the application of a reduction rate different from the registered reduction rate, a reduction rate change command means 31 instructing the change in reduction rate registered on the reduction table 8 provided to an operation section 3, and a reduction rate change control means 11 for making the change input of the reduction rate effective for the condition that the confirmation of the data representing the application of the different reduction rate from the reduction card kind and the operation of the means 31 are provided. The reduction rate change control means 11 is started by the operation of the means 31 and the input of the reduction card kind and after the data representing the possibility of the change in reduction rate by the reduction card kind registered on the table 8 to apply the change reduction rate inputted after confirmation.
